Croft Surveyors have been involved in the refurbishment of a large apartment block in the Torbay area, as contract administrators for the Sanctuary Group.

The project involved the installation of an external wall insulation, full external refurbishment, and replacement of bathrooms and kitchens. It was made more challenging than usual as the flats are in mixed private and social landlord ownership. The project also involved other services provided by Croft Surveyors such Party Wall Surveyors under the Party Wall etc Act 1996, CDM Co-ordinator Services and dealing with Landlord & Tenant Issues.
